Good to know
Before your first time
- What happens at a morning? The DJ starts when the doors open, and the floor fills while the city wakes up. The last hour turns into yoga, and you are on your way in time for work.
- Can I come when I like?Yes. Come when you like and stay as long as you like. The yoga at the end is optional: join in, or head off after the dance.
- What does it cost? From 230 kr, depending on the ticket. Children up to 16 come free.
- Do I need to know how to dance? No. Nobody watches, everybody moves. Come as you are.
- Can I come alone? Many do. It is a friendly floor, and you will not stand alone for long.
- What should I wear and bring?Whatever you like to move in. Bring a mat if you stay for the yoga.
- Is there something to drink?Coffee, tea and a dance floor that’s wide awake. No alcohol, no drugs. We don’t take something away, we create something else — together.
- Can I bring children?Yes! Children are so welcome on our dance floors, and we have ear protection to lend. Children up to 16 always come free.
- What if I can't make it?Tickets are not refunded, but you can give yours to someone else. Just pass it on.
“The first time I went to a morning rave, I thought, wow. It’s just like stepping into a nightclub at half past midnight.”
Our guidelines
How we dance together
We don’t take something away. We create something else.
Everyone on the floor is sober, so everyone is really there, with each other.
- 01Sober mindsNo alcohol, no drugs. The music does the rest.
- 02Come as you areEvery age, every body, first-timers most of all.
- 03Stay presentPhones rest, bodies move.
- 04ExploreLet go. Try a move you’ve never tried. Surprise yourself.

“We’re going nowhere until everyone feels safe.”
Not just mornings
Later in the day, too
Not everything we do starts at dawn. These happen later in the day, for those who like to sleep in or have little ones to get going first.
